Order fulfillment is scheduled to begin December 8th when all Moose training will be completed. Moose will then be on the Loose to bring their story to you. You’ll receive an e-mail confirming shipment of your order when it ships to you.
Shipping And Return Policy
Shipping Method:
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Economy delivery is Standard First Class Mail with estimated delivery, in most cases, within 7 business days of departing the warehouse. Expedited delivery is Priority Mail with estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days of warehouse departure. Store Pickup is limited to customers located in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Customers requesting store pickup will be contacted by e-mail to make arrangements for such delivery.

Return Policy
We hope you enjoy “A Moose on the Loose” book and plush Moose. You may, however, within 30 calendar days of receipt, return all original merchandise in its unused condition for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment. Please note, if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
